If you can not provide leakage in different voltage level. Can you calc the leakage with ADC internal parameters in some spice tools?

As you know for customer board we use ADC to monitor voltage level. The real voltage is for 0V8 or 0V85 or 1V1 or 1V2. 

It is not same as your test condition for 1V8 and 0V. 

So can you please calc the the AINx in 1V0 voltage level the leakage data ?

Thanks, It make sense to use real test voltage for leakage current.

From your spice simulation result, I assume the input curve for different test conditions voltage similar in below curve, but it is not 100% correct. 

So can you please check if you can simulation this case :

sweep different voltage and leakage current data in spice tools to generate a curve for us. 

We want to use the real adc voltage data to calc our ADC monitor circuit in WCCA.

The most significant contributors to the overall leakage is a) operating temperature and b) (less so...) part to part variation.

The leakage for a strong part at high temperature is relatively flat at 3 uA between 0.6V and 1.4V.

The leakage for a nominal part at room temperature is very close to 0 uA between 0.6V and 1.4V.

It is good news.  we can use  resistor divide to keep the ADC voltage in 0.6~1.4V. 

So we can keep to use 3uA for our WCCA calculate, Is it correct ?
