I have ordered a TMDXEVM6678L and was told that I can only get it after 8 weeks.

But I need an copy of the schematic now. Could anybody send me a copy now to cxiang@uestc.edu.cn?

The TMDXEVM6678L schematics will be available to the public from the Advantech website, the page for the TMDXEVM6678L is supposed to go live at the end of the month.

The EVM is designed by Advantech?

Advantech is a manufacturer of industrial PC. It never sold any dsp product, is that right?

Yes, Advantech is working with TI and building the C6678 EVM platform. They are probably best known for industrial PC, but they have made a number of DSP based boards for areas such as Voice, Video, Imaging, and communication processing.

I searched thru the Advantech website and couldn't find the schematic for TMDXEVM6678L EVM as you said it'll go live at the end of March. is it possible you show us a link to TMDXEVM6678L EVM page?

Yes, it's been released. It ships w/ the documentation of the EVM. Advantech is the developer of the EVM and they will be supporting it, and will be hosting the documentation for the EVM. They were supposed to have put the support page up by now, but they have not done it. I'm looking into why it hasn't been posted as of yet.

Advantech's website now has the C6678 EVM page up here www.advantech.com/Support/TI-EVM I checked and the schematics are posted.
