Configuring CCS 4.2 for a DM3730 with Blackhawk XDS560v2-USB System Trace Emulator

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DM3730, OMAP3530

CCS only lists the OMAP3530 device for this emulator and uses the TMS470 compiler for this configuration - is this correct and will it work?  Also, the DM3730 seems to boot an embedded Linux OS by default (out of the box).  Is there any source code or documentation somewhere regarding the particular register/memory mappings used by this Linux OS regarding any/all of the processor/BeagleBoard peripherals?

  • The OMAP3530 emulation drivers will be compatible with the DM3730, and the TMS470 compiler is the right one to use for the ARM core in the DM3730.

All of the BeagleBoard documentation is provided through the BeagleBoard.org website.
