1) In the DSP C6-INTEGRA is possible connect to an EMIF port four chip DDR3 of type 16Mx16x8 banks two on DDR{x}_CS[0] and the other two on DDR{x}_CS[1] ( 2 ranks)?

2)The first 512B of HVDPSS is useful from other system component like normal memory space?Is this an extra RAM, different from EMIF0/1? Where is connected?

    Luca,

    Please refer to the table of Supported DDR3 Device Combinations in the device datasheet.  We are only supporting one CS because it has improved margins, and a second CS is not needed to fully populate the memory space available in the device memory map for DDR3.
