Hi Ki,

Thanks for the email.

My OS is:  10.14.2

When I look at the directory you suggest:   ccs1020/ccs/eclipse/configuration/.jxbrowser-chromium-lib, I do not see a directory configuration.  I did not see how to add a screen shot of my directory. Under directory: eclipse their are two files, Ccstudio.app and Eclipse.app.

What do you recommend next?

Sorry, I forgot that while macOS is a bit different. In the terminal, Ccstudio.app will appear as a directory so you can browse into it.

cd Ccstudio.app/Contents/Eclipse/configuration/.jxbrowser-chromium-lib

The ldd command is also not supported on macos so you will have to try using some equivalent dependency checker tool (otool, etc). Dependency issues are more common on Linux than macOS so I doubt there is a dependency issue. I would focus more on the latter two suggestions of clearing the browser cache or the .jxbrowser-chromium-lib folder.
