Part Number: AFE7906

I got 2 EVM schematics for AFE7906 from TI. Among 2, one was dated as September 2019 and the other was April 2022. 

At RX/FB input pin, a Pi-based filter was added in the older version and it was not added in the latest one (attaching the screenshots for reference).

Whether the Pi-based filter at the RF input should be added or it is optional?
