There are 2 Serdes PLL lock indicators in SYSREF Alignment Circuit Alarms Register.
ALM_SD0_PLL: Driven high if the PLL in the Serdes 0 block goes out of lock.
ALM_SD1_PLL: Driven high if the PLL in the Serdes 1 block goes out of lock.
I think there is only one SerDes PLL.
What are the PLL in the Serdes 0 block and the PLL in the Serdes 1 block?
When ALM_SD1_PLL is 1 and ALM_SD0_PLL is 0, what these alarms say?
When ALM_SD1_PLL is 1 and ALM_SD0_PLL is 1, what these alarms say?
Hello,
There are two SerDes cores: SerDes core 0 corresponds to SRX1 to SRX4, while SerDes core 1 corresponds to SRX5 to SRX8
When ALM_SD1_PLL is 1 and ALM_SD0_PLL is 0, what these alarms say?
If you are only using SRX1 to SRX4, then only SerDes core 0 PLL can be used, and indicate no failure
When ALM_SD1_PLL is 1 and ALM_SD0_PLL is 1, what these alarms say?
Both SerDes core have PLL not locked correctly.
