Hi team
Could you share any s-parameter(output impedance) data of DAC38RF82/DAC38RF89/DAC38RF83?
Customer considers to use these devices and wants the data for each device.

Hopper,
Thanks.
Could you also share the simplified setup to get the s-parameter?
It seems that it is measured at Full 2 port, but is it okay to understand that port1 of the network analyzer is connected to the VOUT1 + of the DAC and port2 (port4) is connected to VOUT1-?
Also, in this measurement, an external circuit such as a balun is not connected, and the bias voltage of the VOUT pin is given by the bias-T built in the network analyzer, and De-embedding is performed up to the tip of the IC pin. Is this understanding right?

Noriyuki Takahashi
The simplified simulation set-up is shown below. It is a 50 ohm port followed by an ideal transformer. The transformer converts from SE-to-Diff to drive the two input ports of the S-Parameter model. The model is a 2-port differential input S-parameter model. The bias-T and cables and traces are de-embedded to the pins of the device.

RJ Hopper,
Could you attach the picture for the setup again?
It seems the picture is not attached correctly.
