I checked the TDC7201 datasheet but don't found any information about TDC7201 SPI speed.

Would you let me know the Max speed of TDC7201 SPI ?

Hello Tom,

The spec fan be found in the data sheet under section 6.6. I have attached a screenshot of the datasheet below. But the max frequency of SCLK is 25MHz.
