IWR6843ISK: In (DBscan Algorithm) How to change the Epsilon and minimum points in clusters in Lab0008 Automated Parking?

I want to know the default value of epsilon and minimum points in clusters the assigned in the Lab0008 Automated Parking project?

Also I am trying to trace the fie  \pa_18xx_dss\modules\clustering\dbscan3D\src\RADARDEMO_clusteringDBscan3D.c

inst->epsilon

 and 

inst->minPointsInCluster 

 in pa18xx_dss/modules/clustering/DBscan3D/src/RADARDEMO_clusteringDBscan3D.c file, and I don't know where are initialized with values?
