Hello Ken,
Let me give some background on this. The GPIO[0], [1], [2] are not programmable by the user in AWR2243 since this a front end only device. It can either be used by SPI or I2C Interface. In I2C mode, the function of the GPIO is only to set the address. But in SPI mode, the GPIO[0] is used for debug purpose to send failure logs incase the SPI interface has issues.
