Hi Team,

I understand from the E2E below that the AWR2243BOOST can't be used with mmWave Demo Visualizer and that it needs DCA1000EVM or host processor.

However, our customer would like to clarify this question,

"okay we need dca data capture for raw data. But what about detections? We should be able to get the detections just by using the board itself with serial communication".

It seems that the MMWAVE-STUDIO-2G is the software tool for AWR2243BOOST. What information could be extracted from the AWR2243BOOST without DCA1000EVM? How to use AWR2243BOOST without DCA1000EVM?

Hi,

Yes, this is correct. AWR2243BOOST can't be used without DCA1000 or a Host. This allows to capture raw data. The raw data can be post processed to compute the detections using the matlab libraries integrated in mmWave Studio. Please review the mmWave Studio UG
