Since this thread has been locked without any discussion, let me submit a relating comment about the spurious chirp radiation.
Two side chirp signals shown in the snapshot attached in the original question are considered to be generated by a external mixer connected to the signal analyzer.
Signal identification was activated in the external mixer in this case, but the process of the signal identification could not catch up signals rapidly changing its frequency.
For example, two different external mixers, for E-band and W-band, showed true chirp spectrum (center in the snapshot attached in the original question) in the same frequency position, but the two side chirps were shown to be shifted.
This is my current understanding on the question about the spurious chirp radiation.
