AWR2243: ADC data storage format: interleaved vs non-interleaved mode

Hi,

By default, we used interleaved mode for AWR2243. Is there any benefit to use interleaved mode, instead of non-interleaved mode?

Power saving? I think for non-interleaved mode, there may be more data movement/memory copy inside the chip to re-order the ADC data.

Hi,

I think only Interleaved is validated on AWR2243. This suits better the CSI transmission.

There is no power difference

I also found AWR2243 is set to non-interleaved mode in below config.

mmwave_mcuplus_sdk_04_02_00_01\ti\demo\am273x\mmw\profiles\profile_2d_am273x.cfg

Yes,

It seems that both interleaved and non-interleaved modes are supported on AWR2243
