I am following the guide from TI on how to get raw ADC data from the DCA1000 and I am using the IWR1443BOOST, however I am experiencing the same issue as this forum post: https://e2e.ti.com/support/sensors-group/sensors/f/sensors-forum/976393/iwr1843boost-mmwave-studio-resp-timeout-during-spi-connection
Whenever I try to create the SPI connection, I always get a timeout. I configured the ethernet on my PC to use the IP address TI specifies, I have the switches on the DCA1000 all set correctly according to the guide and to the forum post I mentioned, the switch on the IWR1443BOOST is set to SPI, the firmware files load perfectly fine, so I am not sure what else could be the issue. I have tried on multiple computers with the same results.
Everything is configured exactly the same way as that forum post, except for that I have set the switch on the IWR1443BOOST to SPI (It's a ES3.0 btw). I am not powering the DCA1000, only the IWR1443BOOST, and the power supply fits the rating of >2.5A.
Please let me know if there is something I am missing
