Our customer are using EVM1000 to obtain raw-data of sensor AWR1443Boosster following the instructions from EVM technical manual, while it can not work, with errors: [13:26:37] Status: Failed, Error Type: RESP TIMEOUT
[13:26:41] BSS Power Up async event was not received!

After seeing customer concern above, I refer him to this similar link below:

Then I received a feedback, customer tried updating the firmware, while it was still with the same error: BSS Power Up async event was not received
He mentioned that he have the same errors as mentioned in the forum, while they use different boards. The firmware mentioned in the forum is ES 1.0, he remember he saw somewhere the board he used (AWR1443BOOSTER) belongs to ES 3.0. If it is the case of firmware version, should he try to update with another firmware version? But we can not find the link.
Do you think he should try the other firmware version? If so, could you please help to give the link/access.
