AMC6821: Start Setup Time failure

Hi Expert,

The engineer reported the questions of Start Setup Time failure.

Pls see the testing waveforms.

Condition:

Within Clock = 64kHz,the Repeated Start Setup-Time is 4.5us.This will violated the spec.

Run the Clock = 56kHz,the timing is ok.But it will make the other device fail on its Data Hold-Time spec.

Question:

1.Whether AMC6821 must need the Repeated Star?

2.Can we ignore this 4.5us failure and keep to run the Clock = 64kHz?

3.Can we separate this operation to two individual send / receive byte (As Datasheet Table.3 & 4) .
