What kind of sampling is used on AWR2243? are these REAL samples OR complex I&Q samples?

Hi TI support engineers


What kind of IF sampling is used on the AWR2243 device, are these REAL samples (due to one mixer one LPF and one ADC per channel - antenna),
     OR are these complex I & Q samples (due to two orthogonal mixers, two LPFs and two ADCs per cannel - antenna).

    Hello Danny, 

    Both these approaches are possible. You can program the device accordingly. Please refer to the datasheet for information on maximum sampling rates in both these categories and the Interface Control document (ICD) to know about the specific APIs for control settings.
