So I have come across this exact problem before while using the DCA1000. I have found that whenever there is a FPGA version issue and you get "Unable to Read FPGA Version", it is either something going wrong with the ethernet connection or the FPGA is corrupt and needs to be reflashed via Lattice Tool (less common). Few questions, is your computer that is used to run mmWaveStudio with the ethernet connection a laptop or a desktop? What peripherals are connected at the same time? And you can confirm that your firewall and any antivirus is OFF when trying to run this correct? I do not think you have a power issue as you have stated in a previous thread that you use a double supply setup

I've been using a Windows desktop. The keyboard, mouse, USB, webcam, and WiFi dongle are connected as peripherals. The two EVMs(IWR1443, DCA1000) are further connected by two data cables and one RJ45 connection.

Firewall and antivirus used for banking system are enabled(not off).  

Please let me know which peripherals should be detached and disabled. 

I wanted to draw attention to the fact that the FPGA version was visible when I connected with the aforementioned peripherals previously and turned on firewalls and antivirus.  I've been having FPGA version troubles after resolving my SPI problems.

Are you unable to disable your firewall in your setup? If the FPGA version was visible and functional before, and you are 100% sure that there has been no changes since then, you can try reprogramming the FPGA via the Lattice tool which you can find instructions on in the DCA1000 Datasheet/Userguide. https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/spruij4a/spruij4a.pdf?ts=1664387974155
