and I check the the resource explore and I can download industrial toolbox and automotive toolbox directly, do not need to request access and finish software control sheet.

Thank you for your link.
The customer has applied for and received a file (file name: GestureOffering. zip) that recognizes 9 kinds of gesture recognition.
The customer tried to implement it, but UniFlash stopped in the image attached during the writing of the bin file.

If these 9 gestures are implemented in AWR6843AOPEVM,
Is it necessary to change the settings and farms?
Could you please help me to confirm this issue due to we do not have access to confirm this issue via software?

There is no need to change any of the settings in uniflash. is the customer able to flash the device with other binaries (like the out of box OOB demo binary from SDK)?

Customer is able to flash Incabin Gesture Sensing from Automotive Toolbox(3.6.0).

Can you try the experiment at your end? to check if the same issue can be repeated on your machine. Has the customer configured the right COM settings and SOP selections?

He flashed to the evaluation board follow the contents as below.

The development environment is built, and the "9_gesture_6443_AOP.bin file" is written.

Customer checked the link above.

The customer's environment does not use MMWAVEICBOOST,
but only AWR6843AOPEVM, so the virtual COM port driver is not XDS
Use "Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge VCP Drivers".

What countermeasures should be taken under such state?
In addition, for the virtual COM port driver, the following two drivers have been tried so far.
But both failed to write.

・CP210x Universal Windows Driver（v11.2.0）

・CP210x VCP Windows（v6.7）

If the installed virtual COM port driver has errors, please guide me.
