TMP116: Temperature drift computation

Hi Team,

The other thread below shows that the temperature drift of TMP116 equates to 10-15 years at 25C. Our customer would like to know the temperature drift after 6 years at 60C. Can you please share the formula/graph to calculate the drift?

We're using data from the standard qualification test known as HTOL https://www.ti.com/support-quality/reliability/reliability-testing.html in the Arrhenius equation. https://www.ti.com/lit/snoa994

300 hours at 150C simulates 6.11 years at a 60C application temperature

1000 hours at 150C simulates 20.37 years at a 60C application temperature
