Hi Team,

Our customer is using the IWR6843ISK together with DCA1000EVM and encountered the same error as the other thread below. He tried the solutions provided in the thread but encounters the same error. What could be the other solution to this issue. Please see the screenshots and pictures of his setup.

Is this issue happening before you try and connect the DCA1000 and mmWave Studio, or is this during the start up of mmWave Studio?

Please see the response of our customer.

It happens during mmWaveStudio's start up, I mean, with the DCA connected I start mmWaveStudio, then at this moment if I see the output without configuring anything else I get that error

Hello.

From the images for the setup, it looks like there is a cable plugged into the FPGA_JTAG port on the DCA1000 EVM. The DCA Guide linked here provides information on how to set up the ISK device with the DCA1000, including all the switch settings and necessary cables to connect with mmWave Studio.
