Hi, I am currently working on a design using LDC3114, we have an evaluation board LDC3114EVM. I want to know the parameters of the spiral inductor on this evaluation board, including turns per layer, the outer diameter of the spiral inductor, spacing between traces, the width of the trace, etc. Is there a place where I can find this information?
