DCA1000EVM: The board is hot after power on, and no LVDS data

Part Number: DCA1000EVM

Hello,

We used the board, and there were two problems:

1) Problem 1: The DCA1000 development board starts to burn when the power switch is turned on
(2) Problem 2: You can connect to the development board but cannot collect data normally. The error message prompted by the log is as picture showing.

Pls help to find out the solutions of the problems, thank you.

Hello,

Some amount of heat is expected, which component of the DCA1000 is getting hot? Also No LVDS data is a common error and unfortunately there are many different potential causes for it.
