AWR2243: The CRC of LVDS port

Hi all

In my last question, i want to know whether there is CRC in the LVDS data port of AWR2243P. Because i need check the LVDS data correctness between AWR2243P and MCU

And i get a positive answer from TI FAE.

But How can i get the CRC data? i receive the data just as below but i can not find CRC in CP or CQ data

Could you give me some advice?

Hello Liu,

If you refer the mmwave Interface control document present in the path C:\ti\mmwave_dfp_02_02_04_00\docs\mmWave-Radar-Interface-Control.pdf
There you can go to section 5.16.6 Sub block 0x4045 – AWR_DEV_LVDS_CFG_SET_SB
Here you can see the CRC setting option and configure it accordingly.

yes, i have read ICD document, and i set this bit to 1 to enable CRC, LANE_PARAM_CFG is setted to 0x5

And i use FPGA to catch the data from the LVDS port of AWR2243,But i can not see the CRC data neither on the end of the chirp nor the end of the frame.

So what did I miss ？

Hello Liu,

Could you confirm which format are you configuring the packets and whether the FPGA is able to accept the format?
