In case of AWR6843AOP, I can find user guide or some document which are related to RF CALIBRATION.
But AWRL6432 I can not find docs.
please let me know where the documents are.

Right now, we do not have an app notes on the RF calibration for AWRL6432 yet. But, If you have already downloaded the SDK, you can find the DFP documentation at:
C:\ti\MMWAVE_L_SDK_05_01_00_04\firmware\mmwave_dfp\docs\mmwave_dfp_low_API_documentation.chm
And you will find documentation on RF calibration in the subject highlighted in the figure below.
