Hi Experts,

I have seen many posts related to this concern but can I just check with you that the product packaging is the only difference between these parts, please?

I’d like to make sure that there aren’t any spec differences before the customer go ahead & order them.

    Correct, the only difference is the packing option. 

    LM35CZ/LFT1
    LFT1 Tape &Reel Package Up, Flat Side Up

    LM35CAZ/LFT4
    Radial Ammo Pack Ammo Pack equivalent to option LFT7. Round side of transistor on adhesive
    side of tape
