DCA1000EVM: Diamond programmer:ERROR - Failed to scan board.

Hello,

I am trying to flash FPGA bits on my DCA1000EVM board. However, Lattice Diamond programmer is unable to detect the board. Please see the attached figure.

And I've noticed that other people have asked this question as below ,but the TMDXEVM3358-SK_FTDI_EEPROM_Programming_v1.1.pdf has been removed.

Can you check whether the FTDI drivers are installed correctly in your PC? And can you confirm that you were able to successfully complete all the steps in the section "FPGA Programming" in https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/spruij4a/spruij4a.pdf ?
