IWRL6432BOOST: Visualizer of new SDK is not working

I'm sorry you are having trouble launching the latest visualizer. We are looking into this. Can you please let me know which version of Windows OS your PC is running? I'm also wondering, is it possible for you to try to launch the visualizer on another PC? Or if you have already tried this and see the same behavior?

I already have tried this on other computers. So I don't understand this.

Our Windows OS version is 10 Enterprise 64 bit OS.

I would like to know the solution. Please check and let me solve this.

Sorry for the delayed response here. Unfortunately we have not been able to replicate this issue. We have a suspicion that the language setting may cause the problem. Are you able to try changing the language setting of your computer to English?

We will continue to investigate this issue on our side.

I have change the language setting to English.
However, the tool is not executed.

I guessed about the security policy of our company in case.
I am sure it is not the reason, because visualizer of previous SDK is working well in the same circumstance.

Anyway I tried to execute on other PCs. colleague's desktop, laptop etc.
But the same error occurs.

I really want to apply new SDK.
I hope you find out the problem soon.

Please share the solution no matter when you solve this.

It works from Windows English version along with Web browser like below.

You can try to test on top of virtual machine to see visualizer running till TI would resolve this issue depending on OS/Language installed.

Thank you for finding the solution.

I checked the visualizer is normally working with this method.

But, this setting change cause other minor problem.
Our intranet messenger doesn't work after change the setting. There might be other issues not discovered yet.

So, I still want the fundamental solution.

We expect TI would be able to fix this problem by applying appropriate code change regarding UTF-8 encoding of SDK5.2' visualizer.
