Yes, same error. what kind of picture do you need?

They just plug in USB cable to PC USB connect and run our GUI.

A picture of the evm would be good to make sure there are no obvious issues with the coupon etc.

Then it is possible that there is some other software running on the customer PC which is conflicting with the com ports. Have the customer try the following and let me know.

1. Delete Documents/Texas Instruments/Latte folder and reinstall the EVM software. Check if it works.

2. Restart the PC and run the EVM software before opening any other programs.

If neither of these work, there could be some background startup program that is conflicting with the com ports.
