DCA1000EVM: Unable to connect to DCA1000 using mmWave studio

Part Number: DCA1000EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AWR1843BOOST,

Dear Ti Support,

I am having trouble connecting to the DCA1000 EVM and AWR1843BOOST using the mmWave studio. More specifically I am unable to connect the RS232 step. I am using Windows 11 and have installed the FTDI drivers, Matlab runtime engine, XDS emulation software and mmWave studio. I was able to use the AWR board separately using the demo visualizer (Picture attached below). Can you please guide me on what might be the issue in connecting with DCA1000? Here are the things I have tried:

- Individual power supply 5V 2.5A for both DCA and AWR board, and toggle the switch to DC Jack. (Picture attached below)

- Changed the ethernet IP to 192.168.33.30 (Picture attached below)

- Toggles the SOP switches to Mode 2 [SOP0 OFF, SOP1 OFF, SOP2 in ON]. (Picture attached below)

- Also tried [SOP0 OFF, SOP1 OFF, SOP2 in ON] as I saw on some forum answers.

Thanks,

Nakul
