we use AWR2243 in product design:

 Warm Boot
The warm boot mode resets complete digital logic. The CPU (Master R4F) begins executing software from Program memory and software initialization of the device can begin. Warm boot completion has to be indicated by Master R4F by new power up message. Warm boot state can also be entered into by SW based reset trigger or by Master R4F watchdog.

what does CPU (Master R4F) point to ?

Hi,

The CPU upon reset or POR will start executing the Primary boot loader or the RBL. So, it points to that. Warm boot completion will be indicated by Master R4F (MSS) to the external HOST by new power up message.

What is the new power up message ?

For AWR2243, It doesn't have MSS, so how to understand for chip AWR2243 ?

The Bootloader app note and the ICD path is shared in other threads with you. Please refer to them to understand the chip communication process and the messages that are applicable. Also you can refer to the radar academy by TI to browse through some examples for AWR2243.
