Hi, I experience this issue on a daily basis. We are planning on using a sonoff to remotely power cycle the device. Has the firmware issue been resolved? If so, where is the latest firmware and how can I flash the device?

Hi Dayalan,

The version you are using is the latest version of the DFP available. Can you also confirm if your mmwave Studio version is the latest for cascade EVMs? If so, I believe the issue might not have been fixed over time as the updates for this particular TI design are no longer supported.

Hi, we are using mmwave_studio_03_00_00_14 since newer versions dont work with the device. Im confident it is a firmware issue since power cycling resolves the problem. Additionally, the device gets configured and controlled correctly, only the data folders are empty when the timing issue has occurred.

Hi Dayalan,

As I said, updates for this device are not planned at the moment. You would have to use the power cycle workaround that you suggested.
