AWR2243BOOST: What could it mean if firmware download is unable to start?

That seems to be correct, where you should have SOP jumpers set for 011, where SOP0 and SOP1 have jumpers populated, your setup is same?

Hi Josh, yep, the jumpers are on those pins.

The steps I did just now are:

0. Verify the jumpers are on sop0 and sop1

1. turn on power for the radar & datacard, click the reset button

2. open mmwave studio

3. do DCA1000 setup

4. Click the reset button in the GUI (1)

5. then connect RS232 and try to load the BBS firmware again

This is the set up,

I've connected the power jack to the evaluation board and the 60 pin connector to the DCA1000, with the switch on the DCA1000 set appropriately

both the dca and the evm have usb connections to the same pc

dca is connected to the ethernet
