Hello Jeff,
Please go through this entire e2e: (17) AWR2944: Uniflash error case - Sensors forum - Sensors - TI E2E support forums
If you added another flash you will have to do the following steps.

Saswat Kumar
Hi Saswat
I use GD25B64CWAG ON ARC PCBA and the following error occurs when programming through UniFlash.
You suggest https://e2e.ti.com/support/sensors-group/sensors/f/sensors-forum/1296522/awr2944-uniflash-error-case This article is from my SW colleague
Can you provide the information direction corresponding to the ERROR message?
Hello Jeff,
That is happening only because your flash is not configured properly. If you use the default flash used in the EVM you will be able to see this is fine.
This error is occurring because the SBL_UART_UNIFLASH is not able to load the image onto the flash due to incorrect configuration.
Also are you rebuilding all your applications after making these changes?

Saswat Kumar
Hi Saswat
I used the default flash memory used in the EVM in my newly designed PCBA, but the programming failed. Do you think the error message that appears in UniFlash is mainly caused by the wrong HW or SW setting?
I am an HW engineer and may not be able to confirm SBL_UART_UNIFLASH related information.
Thanks
Hello Jeff,
If it is the default flash, this should not be the case, let me reassign this to a hardware expert who will be able to see if there is any hardware issue on this.

Hello,
Are you putting the device into flashing mode and using the correct UART ports for flashing? Please confirm which SOP mode and which UART ports you are using. Can you share your schematic? Has any other testing been done to verify that this board is powering up and functioning correctly?
Regards,
Adrian
Hi Adrian
1.Use MSS_UARTA to program
2. Use SOP_MODE5 "101"
3. Please refer to the attachment for the schematic diagram.
4. The basic power supply voltage measurement is correct (1.0V, 1.2V, 1.8V, 3.3V)
5.FLASH is replaced with GD25B64CWAG
