Is your power supply 5V 3A? And have you potentially tried a different micro USB cable and ethernet cable? And if you are using JSON scripts you can try manually doing it in the order shown in the DCA1000 User Guide in the Radar Toolbox on TI Developer Zone.

thanks for your reply.

My power supply is  5V2A. But a few months ago it was able to support work. 
I tried different cable and always do manually, like in the DCA1000 User Guide.

Is the 3A very critical? I don’t have a replacement plug on hand at the moment.

Hello Haonan,

It very much could be even if it had worked before. There are too many variables to count it out even if it was working before. We recommend a minimum of 5V 2.5A with a strong recommendation for 5V 3A as we have had scenarios where even 2.5A was not enough.

HI Pedrhom,

finally solved it. I switched to another computer and connected the Ethernet cable directly to the PC, which allowed me to read the FPGA version. (Previously, I was using a MacBook which doesn't have an Ethernet port, so I could only use an Ethernet adapter.)
