AWR1843AOP: Request to check compatibility between AUTOSAR 4.0.3 and MCAL Driver 4.2.1

Hi Radar & AutoSAR/MCAL Expert !

There's a request from a customer who uses AutoSAR/MCAL on DSP first time.

Could you please check compatibility between AUTOSAR 4.0.3 and MCAL Driver 4.2.1 ?

When they tried to configure MCAL driver based on AUTOSAR 4.0.3, There's additional definition required.

The following is a kind of problem regarding this request.

Did you mean customer needs to use AutoSAR Satck 4.2.1 only for MCAL package already provided?

How about compatibility btw 1843 & 1843AOP?
Acustomer still requests to provide them with AOP based exported MCAL driver package due to compatibility issue.

As far as I remember MCAL version is the same for both 1843 and 1843AOP

Thanks for your kind clarification.

Regarding compatibility btw AUTOSAR Stack 4.0.3 and MCAL 4.2.1, I would suggest them to contact VECTOR to get clarified. VECTOR could not answer to my answer since Arrow don't have the proper AutoSAR license.

Please ask the customer that is using Autosar to contact Vector. My understanding is that they should have a license and should be able to contact Vector.
