Please be sure the status is shown as "Connected" in the lower left of the Measurement Settings page.
Your image shows this, so that is good.
Elect the desired Sampling Rate in the upper left, and check the box "Enable continuous multi-channel measurements" near the top middle of the GUI page.
Also check the boxes in the Enable column that you wish to use in your measurements.
The image below is an example from an FDC1004 EVM taken a few minutes ago.

I am able to select a sampling rate, however when I try to enable a channel or continuous measurements the checkbox reverts back to being unchecked.

The GUI can sometimes have a little trouble synching with the EVM.
If you check a box, and the check then disappears, simply check the box again.

The traces going across the breakaway are too thin, I had to add external wires between the FDC1004 and USB Interface.
