Hi, I purchased a DCA1000EVM from a TI authorized distributor (Digi key), but found that there is a problem with the power module of this board. Using a 5V/2A power adapter for power supply, it was found that the power indicator(5V LED) light was abnormal.
In addition, I measured the two pins of the power supply with a multimeter and found that it was in a short-circuit state (only 1.7 ohms), indicating that there is a hardware malfunction on this board.
I contacted Digi key's after-sales personnel, but they cannot provide me with substantial assistance. They need TI's response before they can help me with the matter.
