I am using IWR6843AOP radar I have captured their "area scanner binary" raw data now I want to bifurcate this raw output data I have tried as I can, but I am unable to find what is TLV type 9 in this so can you help what is this?

this is bifurcation I have done

    TLV type 9 corresponds to MMWDEMO_OUTPUT_MSG_TEMPERATURE_STATS.

    Can you help me of understanding of binary data of 3D_People_Count (3D People Tracking User Guide (ti.com))
    In this can you guide how it counts size of each TLV means in Target list it showing size is 672 bytes. what information contain in this & how to understand this and these 672 bytes is constant for every time means when it counts 1 object or more than 1 object always Target list it showing size is 672 bytes. why?
