Hi,

I'm currently facing the same issue with the ADC sample count being limited to 512. Since the linked question dates back four years, I'm curious why this limitation still exists and whether it's possible, and safe, to bypass it.

    Hi Shlomi,

    The SW has not been updated and the limitation still exists in this current version. As to why, the support on this has cascade design been limited and we are moving on to newer cascade designs such as TIDA-020047.

    If you are keen on capturing custom ADC data that is beyond the limitation of studio, I would suggest you refer to the Processor Radar SDK 3.8 (PROCESSOR-SDK-RADAR Software development kit (SDK) | TI.com) which contains a data acquisition tool. This should have the source code open which is modifiable as per your requirements.
