Tool/software:
My customer has been having issues connecting the EVM to his PC. I was able to reproduce the exact same issues with my setup. This leads me to believe we have a systemic problem with the drivers between Windows 10 and the MSP432 Precision ADC Mother Board (PAMB). Could you please verify if that's correct?
System: Windows 10 (my PC, not sure of the customer)
GUI: dev.ti.com/.../
Failure:
Followed all the steps and recommendations of the FAQ. Installed the drivers through sbac253.zip, refreshed them manually in Device Manager.
Could you please try to connect the EVM in your setup and verify these steps?
