Tool/software:
After turning on the PGA300, the current consumption of some ICs is unstable.
I am concerned that this may be a defective batch, so I would like an answer or investigation into its operation.
The figure below shows the fluctuations, output value, and circuit block.
The input pressure, ambient temperature, output load, and power supply are constant.
The output value is also constant and stable, and pressure to voltage conversion is normal.
This behavior occurs with the IC marked "36I C0ZQ".
Other ICs I have, "35I AIJF" and "26I ADKX", do not exhibit this behavior.
Therefore, a customer complained that "36I C0ZQ" may be a defective batch.
If the current consumption of the PGA300 increases due to some operation while the pressure/voltage conversion is normal after the power is turned on, this behavior would be understandable, but the data sheet and E2E posts do not describe what the PGA300 is doing. Therefore, I do not understand the reason for this behavior.
If this behavior is normal, please tell us the reason (internal operation of PGA300).
If there is a possibility of a malfunction, please let us know your opinion. We will request a detailed malfunction investigation, so please let us know who to contact for the investigation.
