Hi,

I have issue of No SCB device detected in device manager. 

When plugging in the SCB board (with or without the INA228EVM connected), I get a USB connection sound from the PC (Windows 10), the LEDs on the board blink for a few seconds(USB serial device show up in device manager), then the LEDs go out on the board and the USB disconnects(No device detected in device manager).

I have installed PAMB driver. I have tried to re-install it. 

How should I proceed?
