Just for clarification.

Maked PCB with Lexc = 1.87 uH, Rexc = 1.72 Ohm, Lin = 0.615 nH, Rin = 1.96 Ohm.

Tested with LDC5071 and LDC5072.

Both work well.

Probably issues: too low Lexc, too high Lin/Lexc reduction.

Kirill,

Is the target in place near the coils when you power-up the device?
For these parts, the target needs to be in place to avoid going into FAULT.

I installed device with target and tested it. Everything (not quite) is OK.
I posted this to finish the previous issue.
