Hi TI Support,
I'm currently working with the PGA970EVM and encountering some difficulties. I've downloaded the GUI to my PC and connected the PGA970EVM, but I'm not seeing any changes in the GUI when trying to monitor the temperature data. All the settings are showing 0. I'm unsure what might be causing this issue.
To provide some context:
- I've configured the GUI according to the instructions provided in the following forum post:
- e2e.ti.com/.../pga970-minimum-test-to-check-pga970evm-functionality-via-gui
- I can observe data transmission between my PC and the PGA970 using Wireshark.
- I've installed the PGA970 GUI and the NI 2012 runtime engine.
I have a few questions:
- Do I need to make specific jumper configurations on the PGA970EVM board to get valid temperature data? If so, could you specify which pins need to be adjusted?
- Is the GUI sufficient for obtaining temperature data, or do I need to use Code Composer Studio (CCS) as well?
- Are there any additional configurations in the GUI or on the board that I might be overlooking?
