AWR1642BOOST-ODS: Facing issue with RADAR API and Matlab runtime engine while interfacing with DCA 1000 using mmwave studio 2.1.1.0 for RAW ADC data capture

Tool/software:

While Opening the mmwave studio, I am not able to see the window titled as RadarAPI as I was following the Ti mmwave training materials
I am also facing matlab runtime issue during startup , even after installing Matlab runtime engine 8.5.1v. also adding to the environment variables

I am currently using mmwave studio 2.1.1.0.

I have interface AWR1642BOOSTODS with DCA 1000. I have also installed mmwave sdk mmwave_sdk_03_06_02_00-LTS-Windows-x86-Install

    Hello,

    Did you confirm that FTDI drivers are installed properly? Can you please check your device manager and make sure all 4 ports for AR-DevPack are showing correctly when DCA1000 is plugged in? If not please follow the instructions in mmwave studio user guide for installing FTDI drivers.

    Hello,

    FTDI drivers are working properly. FYR. I am unable to load Matlab Runtime Engine even after installing the correction version and adding them to the correct environment variables. 

    Also radarAPI window box is not shown while start of radar toolbox. Could you help me in this regard if I am missing something. 

    My SDK version is 3.6.0 and MMwave radar toolbox is 2.1.1.0. I am using AWR1642  with DCA1000EVM .

    I am able to resolve the issue as the Matlab runtime engine 32 is required and previously I was using Matlab run time engine 14 with C++13 redistributable. Restart the system and added bin and win32 to environment variable.
