Seems like there is an issue in establishing ethernet connection. Can you ask the customer if they have set the PC IP address correctly?
If they are still facing the issue, can you ask the customer to reflash the FPGA binary onto DCA1000 by following the instructions mentioned in section 3.2 of "C:\ti\mmwave_studio_03_01_03_01\docs\mmwave_studio_user_guide.pdf".

Did the customer try by re-flashing the FPGA binary onto DCA1000?
