AWR2243: 20GHz LO信号线(带状线)与GCPW威尔金森功分器转接过孔结构

我们在AWR2243级联版开发过程中遇到了一个问题:

在4级联雷达板的tidm464 layout中显示20GHz LO带状线通过通孔与GCPW威尔金森功分器进行转接,我用tidm464 layout的尺寸在HFSS中对转接结构进行仿真,发现阻抗匹配很差(S11仅-1.1dB)。

对于这种情况,在SPRR407(设计布局和元件的详细原理图)中写道“In the EVM design for SYNC trace transition being a blind via back drill was drom from TOP to L3",这里说信号线的转接过孔通过背钻的方式形成盲孔,请问实际的EVM是否使用了盲孔?如果是通过背钻将通孔变为盲孔,希望可以提供参考的背钻尺寸和背钻存根长度参数?
