there have been a few posts in the past about this error, but the answers are inconclusive. When the mmWave Studio starts up, getting this error

I verified that the RadarLinkDLL.dll is in two places in the directory structure
C:\ti\mmwave_studio_02_01_01_00\mmWaveStudio\RunTime
C:\ti\mmwave_studio_02_01_01_00\mmWaveStudio\Clients\AR1xController
The PC is a Windows 11 machine.
What is missing?
